Custom & Personalized Products
According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made products,
- personalized items,
- products made to the customer’s requested measurements,
- or custom bedding and embroidered products made specifically for the customer.
Custom-made or personalized products may only be returned if:
